Unless otherwise agreed in writing, Desiment generally requires an advance payment before beginning work. Our current standard approach is typically 50% advance and 50% upon project completion, although milestone-based payment arrangements may be used for larger projects.
Payment terms stated in an individual quotation, invoice, or agreement will take precedence over these general Terms.
Work may be paused if an invoice or agreed payment remains overdue.
Desiment may withhold final delivery, website launch, source files, credentials, or transfer of applicable project assets until outstanding payments have been received.
